RETURN Policy

We do not accept returns for any online orders. In store purchases we accept returns within 7 days from the order date. You will receive a refund to the same card you used for the purchase. 

What can't be returned?

To receive a full refund in store, items must have their original tags and packaging intact. 

 

WHAT IS FINAL SALE?

Final Sale items include items purchased on Sale 30% off or greater.

 

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

Return the original items for a full refund and place a new order.

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM IF I AM OUT OF THE US?

The Interior is unable to create return labels outside of the United States. Please ship with your preferred method that provides a tracking number and is insured. Initial shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Please email info@theinteriorny.com for the shipping address.
