Healthy Chocolate Ball Recipe

There is nothing cozier than a hot cup of tea and something sweet in the afternoon. We love trying new teas and testing out simple recipes with natural and minimal ingredients.

Our very own Sofia recently made vegan chocolate balls that have become part of our daily routine along side one of our Chay Teas like the Coco Rooibos (pictured with our new ceramic Barton Croft mug). With no refined sugar, dairy or gluten, the chocolate balls are the perfect amount of sweet and always hit the spot.

Enjoy the recipe and some of our favorite pieces to curl up with.



15 medjool dates

1 cup rolled oats

1/3 cup melted coconut oil

2 tbs coffee

1.5 tbs cacao

pinch of salt

shredded coconut for rolling

Mix everything in a food processor. Form into small balls and roll in shredded coconut.

Chill in the fridge or freezer for at least 30 min before eating. Enjoy!
